Franklin Small Business Marketing Co-Op – brainstorming session February 18!

There’s been a lot of discussion in Franklin lately about what the community can do to help support small businesses.  At last week’s Franklin Downtown Partnership meeting, board member Tracie Turinese, co-owner of The Cake Bar, proposed the idea of forming a marketing co-op for small business owners to help set short-term shared marketing goals to increase individual small business sales.  Tracie’s idea was immediately adopted, and the Small Business Marketing Co-Op has its first brainstorming session scheduled for next Wednesday!  (Originally scheduled for tonight, it’s been rescheduled due to the weather.)

Join us at the Cake Bar, 17 East Central St. in Franklin, on February 18 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM and help us by sharing your ideas – small business owners and shoppers are all welcome.  (And if you’re shy and just want to stop in for some Cake Bar treats, that’s OK too.)  See you there!
